Buffalo Trace to Release Fifth Edition of O.F.C. Vintage Bourbon by December

November 18, 2020

Buffalo Trace announced the release a new bourbon this fall. The whiskey was distilled and barreled in 1995, which a handy news release from the distillery notes is also the year Amazon sold its first book and eBay launched under the name “AuctionWeb.”

O.F.C. Vintage is set to begin hitting stores in December, marking the fifth release of the whiskey line. Much like its predecessors, it will be very limited, with only 1,500 bottles available. It will be sold in a wooden display box with a provenance card. Also included will be a crystal bottle with in-laid copper lettering.

O.F.C. is named for the distillery’s original name, the O.F.C. Distillery. The fifth edition is only the fourth to be available to the public, with a 2016 release being designated for charity auctions.

MSRP for O.F.C. Vintage is $2,500
