Bourbon Hunter’s Dinner
Tomorrow (April 23), join me at Red Hog, as we feast upon game birds, country ham and vintage whiskey.
I have worked with the talented culinary team of Red Hog to hunt down a pair of great vintage bourbons–1980s Wild Turkey and 1970s Chapin & Gore.
We will feast, discuss the history of these great birds and explain the meaning and disciplines of bourbon hunting. We also will be eating the fare of hunter’s.
