I have worked with the talented culinary team of Red Hog to hunt down a pair of great vintage bourbons–1980s Wild Turkey and 1970s Chapin & Gore.
We will feast, discuss the history of these great birds and explain the meaning and disciplines of bourbon hunting. We also will be eating the fare of hunter’s.
