In an email, Brown-Forman officials noted it’s temporary suspending tours at Kentucky locations beginning March 15 and Jack Daniel’s March 16. This is to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) (coronavirus). The email stated: “Our goal is to minimize the risk to employees and guests and help lower the probability of the spread of the virus to our employees, their families, and the communities where we operate.”
Brown-Forman noted that existing reservations that occur before these suspension dates will be honored. No walk-in tours. Additional information on locations outside of Kentucky and Tennessee are forthcoming.

These closures will remain in place until the health emergency subsides, the company said.

Production will continue. This temporary suspension is related to public tours only.
