Orphan Barrel Distilling Co., known for locating forgotten barrels of whiskey, announced its latest release, Copper Tongue.

The whiskey is from Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tenn., and is a cask strength 16-year-old straight bourbon whiskey.  The stocks were discovered by distillery general manager and distiller Nicole Austin in the distillery’s single-story rickhouses. A previous release that originated at Cascade Hollow, Orphan Barrel Whoop & Holler 28-Year-Old, was released in 2016.

Bottled at 89.8 proof, Copper Tongue will have an SRP of $100.
