Journeyman Distillery announced this weekend as the official kick-off to local holiday shopping with its 10th annual 2-day Autumn Artisan Market and a special release.   

To start the weekend, Journeyman is introducing the first of its bourbon cream series – American Holiday Bourbon Cream. It is handmade and blended with their Featherbone Bourbon, midwestern kosher dairy cream, and holiday spices and will be available for purchase starting Friday, November 18 at 11:30 am ET for $29.99 only at the Distillery in Three Oaks, Michigan.    

“American Holiday Bourbon Cream is like nothing we’ve released before,” Tom Balich, Production Manager, said in a news release. “The sweet cream of vanilla bean is delightfully balanced with the bourbon and a velvety coconut caramel finish.”

The American Holiday Bourbon Cream will be featured in seasonal cocktails in Journeyman’s Staymaker Restaurant Fall Menu, which is set to make its debut this weekend.   

What started as 10-12 artisans and makers in 2012 has now grown to over 70 local vendors that will fill Journeyman’s rustically refurbished event spaces for the 2-day market.  Handmade jewelry, ceramics, wearable art, health and beauty items, photography, home decor, paper goods, and gourmet food will be featured at the market. The event’s layout and scale invite interaction and conversation between makers and customers — something that both participants and shoppers say makes the experience special.   

Cocktails, as well as small plate items, can be purchased from the convenient Warren Hall bar. Visitors wanting to make a day of it can review purchases over a meal at Journeyman’s Staymaker Restaurant—or add on a distillery tour.  

Journeyman Distillery’s Autumn Artisan Market is on Saturday, November 19, 11a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday, November 20, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. ET. Food and drink will be available for purchase. All ages are welcome, and admission is free.
