Three Chord Bourbon Inc., the award-winning bourbon company founded by noted musician and producer Neil Giraldo (Pat Benatar, Rick Springfield, Rick Derringer), announced that it has promoted three key executives from within, fulfilling key roles as the brand surpasses predicted growth rate expectations.

Michael Nanula, Ryan Gill and Megan Reckling all ascend from their current roles, each recognized as a key piece of the brand’s rapidly expanding footprint and product line, now available in thirty-eight states across the United States. 

Nanula, who has been with the company since its inception in 2017 as its Sales and Development Manager, is the driving force behind the Three Chord’s branding, marketing and sales initiatives. A seasoned entrepreneur with a specialized background in new business development and viral marketing from his years guiding multiple early-stage businesses, he has used his experience to spearhead visual branding, key partnerships, social marketing and promotions for Three Chord Bourbon.

As the company’s new Director of Marketing, he will work closely with founder Giraldo, the brand’s high-profile  influencers and supporters, retail partners and venue owners, in order to expand demand, availability and Three Chord’s unique amplification programs that support music artists across the nation. 

Gill, who joined Three Chord Bourbon in 2019 as a Regional Sales Manager, has been a vital piece of Three Chord’s commitment and success in utilizing its e-commerce platform and musician relationships to create symbiotic brand awareness and demand. A former concert promoter and retail liquor store General Manager, he brings unique insight into creating opportunities for new whiskey development with well-recognized music artists – a custom-blend channel that Three Chord will be expanding in 2023 and beyond.

Gill has created award-winning and highly acclaimed private label bourbons, while working with artists like Ted Nugent and Avenged Sevenfold. In his new role as Director of Brand Development, he will architect Three Chord’s new product development opportunities with artists, retailers and venues alike.

Reckling, who joined the Three Chord team in March 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager, has proven to be a catalyst on the sales team across the Great Lakes region. With over 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Reckling brings highly focused insight and expertise, having additionally owned her own consumer-facing retail business. She combines outstanding marketing instincts with motivational leadership skills that have resulted in exceeding all expected sales goals. As the newly promoted Director of Sales, Reckling will work directly with National Sales Manager Anthony De Young on surpassing the next round of distribution goals.
