Bourbon Women Set to Celebrate 15 Years
The Bourbon Women Association, the first national women-focused consumer organization in the spirits industry, announced that it will celebrate its 15th anniversary this year with a lineup of events and happenings across 16 branch locations that women who love whiskey will not want to miss. Bourbon Women is inviting the next generation of history makers to join in the fun.
“We are thrilled to celebrate fifteen years of Bourbon Women, and celebrate we will,” Peggy Noe Stevens, Founder of Bourbon Women, said in a news release. “In everything we do, we seek to inspire, educate, and empower our members. Thanks to the support of our distillery partners and dedicated board members who lead the organization, we are taking it to a new level. We sought to build a community of spirited women one sip at a time. That mission still rings true today, 15 years later. Our members have built every inch of the organization; it’s truly been an amazing journey.”
The Bourbon Women board has put together a carefully curated list of events and programming, with content approachable for spirits beginners yet still appealing to spirits experts, while evaluating every program through the filter of fun. Below are ways that Bourbon Women will celebrate throughout the year, with more to be announced in the coming months.
