Company Distilling Names Stanton Webster Director of Production
Company Distilling announced the appointment of Stanton Webster as Director of Production, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in quality and long-term growth across its Tennessee operations.
Webster joins Company Distilling with experience launching and developing two innovative craft distilleries, bringing both entrepreneurial perspective and production expertise to the expanding spirits brand. In his new role, Webster will oversee production strategy, quality control, operational systems, and innovation initiatives, working closely with Company Distilling Master Distiller Jeff Arnett.
“I am excited to join Company Distilling as Director of Production,” Webster said in a news relesae. “From my beginnings in the industry, starting and developing smaller craft distilleries, joining Company is a natural progression for my professional curiosity. My goals are simple: protect the legacy and tradition of Jeff Arnett’s whiskey, build and develop a data-driven production culture, and continue to innovate bold spirits that push our craft forward — all in service of those special moments when we gather around with family and friends.”
Company Distilling, co-founded by Arnett following his tenure as Master Distiller at Jack Daniel’s, has rapidly gained recognition for its commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and authentic Tennessee whiskey traditions. Webster’s appointment signals the company’s next phase of operational sophistication as it scales production while maintaining its quality-first ethos.
“Stanton brings a rare combination of hands-on distilling experience and scientific rigor,” Arnett said. “As we continue to grow, it’s critical that we build systems and teams that protect what makes our whiskey special while allowing room to innovate. Stanton understands both the art and the science of what we do.”
Webster emphasized his commitment to mentorship and cross-department collaboration.
“I look forward to fostering a culture of collaboration among all departments while leaning on my science background and industry experience to mentor a high-performing production team grounded in accountability and pride in Company’s tradition of excellence,” he said.
Company Distilling operates distillery locations in Townsend, Thompson’s Station, and Lynchburg, Tennessee, producing a growing portfolio of premium spirits rooted in tradition and driven by innovation.
