Log Still Distillery Releases Faithfully Crafted Blend
Log Still Distillery announces the release of Faithfully Crafted: Bishop’s Blend, Second Edition, the newest expression in its ongoing collaboration with the Archdiocese of Louisville. Rooted in shared heritage and guided by a spirit of faith and fellowship, Bishop’s Blend honors the enduring bond between church and community across Kentucky and Tennessee.
The Faithfully Crafted series began with The Trinity Blend, created in collaboration with the Archdiocese of Louisville. That inaugural release was presented during a Vatican audience, reflecting the spirit of faith, fellowship, and intentional craftsmanship that continues with the second expression in the series, The Bishop’s Blend.
As the second release in the Faithfully Crafted series, Bishop’s Blend builds upon this growing tradition through a thoughtfully composed blend of Tennessee whiskey and Kentucky wheated bourbon, drawn from three traditional Kentucky and Tennessee mash bills. After resting in Log Still’s Blessed Rickhouse, each barrel was carefully selected and blended to create a balanced, expressive bourbon shaped by patience and purpose.
“Bishop’s Blend continues a partnership that means a great deal to my family and our distillery,” Wally Dant, Founder and President of Log Still Distillery, said in a news release. “It represents more than a bourbon; it reflects shared values, community, and the belief that meaningful things are created with intention and care.”
Bottled at 90 proof, Bishop’s Blend is designed to be savored neat or shared in good company ; a reflection of faith, fellowship, and time well spent together.
