Proof & Wood announced the release of its first Bottled in Bond expression: Tumblin’ Dice 11 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The release marks a significant moment for the independent whiskey house and serves as a new line extension within its growing Tumblin’ Dice portfolio.

The new release joins the existing Tumblin’ Dice lineup, which includes the 100 proof high-rye bourbon and a single barrel collection of bourbons and ryes ranging from 6–12 years old. With the addition of a Bottled in Bond offering, the brand continues to expand its range while deepening its commitment to transparency and quality.

Distilled in the fall of 2014 at MGP (DSP-IN-15023) and aged for a minimum of 11 years in new charred oak barrels, this release adheres to the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. Bottled at 100 proof and produced within a single distillation season, it represents both heritage and precision in American whiskey-making.

The mashbill — 99% corn and 1% barley — delivers a rich and approachable profile, showcasing the depth that extended aging can bring to a high-corn bourbon. The result is a whiskey that balances sweetness and structure.

The bourbon was bottled by Bluegrass Bottling (DSP-KY-20075), yielding roughly 400 cases, ensuring careful handling and consistency from barrel to bottle.

Tumblin’ Dice 11 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey Bottled in Bond will be available in limited quantities at select retailers and online.
