Woodinville introduced Single Barrel Cask Strength 7 Year Bourbon and Single Barrel Cask Strength 7 Year 100% Rye are, now, for the first time, available nationally.

“We really wanted to elevate our single barrel program. I personally taste hundreds of barrels and pick only the best ones for this offering to ensure they are something very special,” Woodinville Co-Founder and Head Distiller, Brett Carlile said in a news release. “All of my selections are a minimum of 7 years old which really adds a tremendous amount of depth and character to the whiskey,” 

Woodinville has long offered award-winning Single Barrel Cask Strength barrel picks to retailers and whiskey clubs. The distillery also showcases a Distiller’s Pick Single Barrel Cask Strength as part of the Distiller’s Pick Tour Experience where guests taste straight from the barrel— and label and bottle their own whiskey.

Now these hand-crafted bourbon and rye whiskeys will be available nationally at retail, online at www.woodinvillewhiskeyco.com, at the Tasting Room in Woodinville (open daily) and at the new Tasting Room in Quincy, WA (by appointment). Woodinville Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Aged 7 Years and Woodinville Single Barrel 100% Rye Aged 7 Years (MSRP $69.99) will vary in proof. On average a single barrel produces 180 bottles.

Woodinville is Washington state’s largest craft distillery, and Forbes reported that it “may just be the best craft whiskey in America.” The Robb Report recently named Woodinville Straight Bourbon as one of the world’s “50 Greatest Whiskeys of the 21^st Century.” Newsweek recognized Woodinville as one of the “10 Best Bourbons of 2026”, and Woodinville Straight Bourbon was a Wine Enthusiast “Best Bourbons of 2025” and was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Spirits of the Year”.

The distillery and tasting room in Woodinville is home to exclusive launches such as the annual Harvest Release. In 2026 Woodinville will release its first 10-Year Bourbon, following the releases of an 8 Year in 2024 and a 9 Year in 2025.
