Copperworks Distilling Single Cask No. 97-2 bottle

Copperworks Distilling Co. has released Single Cask No. 97-2, crafted using single varietal Baronesse pale malt barley from Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax, WA.

The Baronesse barley variety has a distinguished track record in Copperworks’ portfolio; a previous Baronesse-distilled Farmsmith release earned gold at the 2025 American Craft Spirits Association Competition before selling out entirely.

Single Cask No. 97-2 continues that tradition, now aged to seven and a half years and finished in the only French oak cask at Copperworks, making this an exceptionally rare offering.

“This single cask will continue to mature after this distillery-exclusive experience, meaning guests are capturing a whiskey that won’t be found anywhere else and won’t taste quite the same ever again,” Jason Parker, President and Co-Founder of Copperworks Distilling Co., said in a news release.

Single Cask No. 97-2 | 62.5% ABV (125 proof)

Copperworks is currently featuring Single Cask No. 97-2 as its hand-fill offering, where using the distillery’s iconic copper dipping dog, visitors pull whiskey straight from the cask before sealing their bottle and filling out the cask details for their new whiskey.

Single Cask No. 97-2 is available three ways:

Hand-fill in the tasting room | Visitors to the Seattle distillery are invited to pull their own whiskey straight from the cask using Copperworks’ iconic copper dipping dog, then seal and label their bottle on-site.

Distillery-filled in the tasting room | For guests who prefer not to fill their own bottle, the Copperworks team is happy to hand-fill on their behalf during any visit.

Hand-filled and shipped | Copperworks will hand-fill a bottle directly from the cask and ship it. Contact the team at Retail@CopperworksDistilling.com to arrange.
