15 STARS announced the launch of its new single barrel program, debuting under its First West line. The initial releases feature 6- to 10-year-old Kentucky bourbons, available for exclusive selection by retailers, restaurants and private groups.

The program offers access to the diverse selection of aged Kentucky-distilled whiskey assembled by 15 STARS to create its award-winning portfolio. The collection spans a range of mash bills, ages, cooperages and maturation, including bourbons with rye and wheat flavoring grains, as well as a growing inventory of proprietary heirloom-corn bourbons distilled by 15 STARS. 

Through the program, participants will experience a guided tasting of barrels carefully preselected by 15 STARS before choosing the expression that best suits their palate and customers. Each selection offers our retail partners and bourbon groups an exclusive, limited-quantity bourbon that will never be available again.

The first single barrel releases will be presented in First West’s distinctive antique blue bottle design, inspired by the earliest Kentucky-made glass bottles used for bourbon. Each selection will be bottled at cask proof with minimal filtration to remove only barrel char, preserving the whiskey’s individual character. 

The 15 STARS single barrel program is rolling out through select private barrel partners, with additional opportunities planned as the program expands.
