The third annual National Bourbon Week will return to Bardstown, Kentucky, June 14-21, 2026, bringing together bourbon lovers from across the country for a week of rare pours, exclusive experiences, and Southern hospitality.

The celebration is a collaborative effort between Bardstown’s distilleries, downtown merchants, and hospitality partners. Visitors can expect an impressive lineup of tastings, distillery-hosted dinners, limited-edition releases, educational experiences, and the 23rd Annual Bourbon City Street Concert.

“National Bourbon Week is more than a celebration of Kentucky’s signature spirit,” Sam Lacy, executive director of the Bourbon Capital Alliance, said in a news release. “It’s a showcase of the deep-rooted craftsmanship, community, and hospitality that make Bardstown unlike anywhere else in the world. We’re proud to welcome visitors back for what’s sure to be our biggest and best year yet.”

The event follows the success of 2025’s weeklong festivities, which drew bourbon enthusiasts, industry insiders, and first-time visitors alike to the birthplace of bourbon with 38 events, several special bottle releases, and funds raised for local causes. From behind-the-scenes tours and master distiller-led panels to curated pairing dinners and street-wide celebrations, National Bourbon Week 2026 will offer something for every kind of bourbon fan.

“We’re thrilled to welcome visitors from around the globe to Bardstown — The Bourbon Capital of the World — for National Bourbon Week 2026,” Stacey Phelps, president of Bardstown-Nelson County Tourism, said. “There’s truly no better place to experience the heart, heritage, and hospitality of bourbon than right here in our historic town. Whether you’re a lifelong enthusiast or just beginning your bourbon journey, Bardstown is where stories are shared, traditions are honored, and memories are made — one sip at a time.”
