Old Dominick Relesaes 8-Year Reserve Bourbon
Old Dominick Distillery is proud to announce the release of its 8-Year Reserve Bourbon. This new bourbon will be available to the public starting Friday, September 5, 2025, at the distillery’s downtown Memphis tasting room (305 S. Front St., Memphis, TN 38103) and select retailers in Tennessee and across the Southeast.
Aged for a full eight years in new American oak barrels, the Old Dominick 8-Year Reserve is a straight bourbon whiskey offering both complexity and approachability, with an ABV of $59.99.
“We have been setting aside select barrels with the intent to ultimately bottle and serve a masterfully blended bourbon,” David Valentine, Old Dominick’s Head Distiller, said in a news release. “If someone is looking for a sweet finish with honey and caramel tones, this it is the bottle for them.”
This release represents a milestone for Old Dominick: offering a Memphis-made spirit that’s as old as the distillery itself, which opened its doors in 2017. It is available at Old Dominick Distillery (Memphis, TN) and select retailers in Tennessee and across the Southeast, and online.
While Old Dominick first gained popularity with their distinct high-rye mash bill, Old Dominick’s 8-year Reserve Bourbon shares the same mash bill as their Tennessee Whiskey, even undergoing a quick charcoal mellowing process necessary for Tennessee Whiskey.
To celebrate the launch, Old Dominick will host a special release week at the distillery on 305 S. Front Street in Memphis on September 5th to September 12th, featuring guided tours and tastings, specialty cocktails, and a behind-the-scenes look at the process that brought this bourbon to life.
