Buzzard's Roost Repeal Day 2025 8-year-old bottle

Buzzard’s Roost Distillery is celebrating the 92nd anniversary of Repeal Day with its 3rd Annual Barrel Roll and Second Line Parade on Main Street. All are invited to participate, accompanied by the Hot Sauce Brass Band.

The event will take place at Buzzard’s Roost Distillery at 624 W. Main Street on Friday, Dec. 5, at 5 p.m.

After the Barrel Roll and Parade, Buzzard’s Roost will unveil its new Repeal Day 2025 Single Barrel 8-Year Old Bourbon after the parade, at a party at 5:30 p.m. at its distillery and tasting room. The Hot Sauce Brass Band will perform and Buzzard’s Roost Co-founders Judy Hollis Jones and Jason Brauner will sign bottles.

“Repeal Day is our favorite holiday,” Jones said in a news release. “Without it, the bourbon industry wouldn’t be what it is today. We’re excited to celebrate and toast everyone with our new Repeal Day 2025 Single Barrel Bourbon”!

Buzzard’s Roost Repeal Day 8-Year-Old Bourbon will be available at the Buzzard’s Roost Distillery and Tasting Room and online, for $125 per bottle. At 113.4 proof, this single-barrel bourbon offers sugary fruit aromas layered with bubbling brown sugar and crushed pecans.
