Next Century Spirits Releases American Single Malt, Bear Fight
Next Century Spirits has launched a new American single malt whiskey: Bear Fight.
Bear Fight is aged for at least three years in first-fill bourbon casks, then finished and filtered in custom sherry and peated casks. The whiskey won double gold at the New York International Spirits Competition, being honored in the American Single Malt Under 12 Years of Age category, among others.
Market-wise, according to a news release, Bear Fight will be positioned as the “most cost effective” American single malt at about $40 retail, as well as being positioned as an introductory option in the category.
