WhistlePig Teams with Liquid Death for GraveStock Wheat Whiskey
WhistlePig Whiskey announced the launch of GraveStock Wheat Whiskey, finished in casket-shaped foeders and created in partnership with Liquid Death.
Yes, casket shaped.
WhistlePig GraveStock Wheat Whiskey was initially aged in new American oak casks, then finished in the custom 380-gallon charred American oak foeders shaped like caskets for a couple of weeks. The whiskey was then proofed with Liquid Death Mountain Water and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).
In a news release, WhistlePig described GraveStock as “pouring one out for the drinkers who know life is too short to drink anything but the best.”
“The custom casket-shaped foeders where GraveStock Wheat Whiskey finds its final resting place are the first of their kind, and a bucket list experiment we literally went big on,” head blender Meghan Ireland said in a news release.
GraveStock Wheat Whiskey can be purchased at shop.whistlepigwhiskey.com and retailers nationwide at an SRP of $74.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
