Copperworks Distilling Releases Single Cask No. 440
Seattle-based Copperworks Distilling Co. announced the release of Single Cask No. 440 American single malt whiskey.
Crafted from 100% Genie Malt from Coulee Hite Farm in Reardan, Washington, Single Cask 440 was matured in charred new American oak for four years and eight months and bottled at 122.3 proof. The release will be limited to just 200 bottles (700ml).
“We tasted this, fell in love, and bottled it at cask strength, 61.15% ABV,” Copperworks President and Co-Founder Jason Parker said in a news release. “It is strongly aligned with our award-winning Farmsmith American Single Malt Whiskey — being a single farm, single varietal, single growing year barley. It would make a great tasting companion with our Farmsmith — or enjoyed on its own.”
Single Cask No. 440 has an SRP of $89.99 (plus tax and shipping), and can be purchased here.
