Casey Jones Distillery has unveiled its newest visitor experience, giving bourbon lovers a chance to do what few ever will: bottle their own whiskey directly from a distillery-selected barrel.

The all new Bottle Your Own Bourbon Experience invites guests into the final stage of the bourbon-making process. Each participant fills, corks, seals, and hand-labels their own bottle, writing in the spirit’s details by hand. The whiskey comes straight from a barrel selected by the Casey Jones Distillery team, and the experience is guided on site.

“This is something we’ve wanted to offer for a long time,” Peg Hays, co-founder of Casey Jones Distillery, said in a news release. “There’s nothing like drawing bourbon from the barrel and bottling it yourself. It’s personal, it’s hands-on, and no two bottles are the same.”

The featured barrel changes over time. The current selection is a Triple Casked Amburana Barrel Finished Barrel Cut, known for its bold spice and rich character. Bottles are priced at $89.99 and are only available through this experience. They are not offered in stores or online.

This is not a blending class or private barrel pick. Instead, it offers guests a rare opportunity to engage with bourbon at its source, walk away with a personalized bottle, and connect with a piece of Kentucky craft tradition.
