Hoot + Howl Spirits Releases Amaro Cask Bourbon Online
Hoot + Howl Spirits announced the release of its Amaro Cask Bourbon, now available for the first time online with direct-to-consumer nationwide shipping.
Fresh off a silver medal win at the 2025 Heartland Whiskey Competition, the Amaro Cask Bourbon joins the distillery’s growing lineup of mountain-crafted, historically inspired spirits accessible outside Colorado.
A blend of seven-year-old bourbon finished for one year in a Sicilian amaro cask, Hoot + Howl’s Amaro Cask Bourbon is a complex whiskey that drinks like a Black Manhattan in a bottle.
“We’ve been patiently refining this bourbon for years using historical techniques, and with the amaro cask bringing such unique notes, we believe this is a truly special release,” Hoot + Howl Founder Callan Deline said in a news release. “We’re thrilled to finally share Amaro Cask Bourbon with whiskey lovers across the country.”
The Amaro Cask Bourbon earned its silver medal alongside Hoot + Howl’s Armagnac Cask Bourbon, which also claimed Best of Colorado at the Heartland Whiskey Competition. The recognition underscores the distillery’s commitment to slow, traditional methods including curated barrel selection, progressive blending, raising the barrel, and slow-proofing.
Hoot + Howl’s Amaro Cask Bourbon is available starting today online for nationwide delivery, with Colorado retail availability rolling out soon. Learn more about Hoot + Howl’s historically inspired spirits and order online at hootandhowl.co.
