Lasso Motel Whiskey announced the launch of its latest limited-edition release: the Lasso Motel Whiskey x James Dean 13-Year Rye Whiskey. 

Developed in partnership with the James Dean Estate, this rare, high-proof expression is rooted in rebellion, Americana, and a romanticized sense of exploration, reflecting the enduring cultural imprint of James Dean through a distinctly modern rye.

“James Dean embodied the same spirit Lasso Motel Whiskey was built on – rebellion, authenticity, the kind of effortless cool that never needs to explain itself,” Devin Odell, Founder of Lasso Motel Whiskey, said in a news release. “This collaboration was natural. Thirteen years in the barrel, and it shows. We didn’t chase the legend. We just tried to live up to it.” 

Crafted from a 95% rye, 5% malted barley mash bill and aged 13 years, this 112-proof release is distilled in Indiana and hand-selected for this limited-edition expression.

The Lasso Motel x James Dean 13-Year Rye Whiskey builds on the brand’s growing portfolio of aged and distinctive releases. Available in limited quantities, the new expression will be sold at an SRP of $149.99, and available for purchase online at Seelbach’s.
