Country music artist Dierks Bentley has introduced the next chapter in his bourbon story with the limited release of ROW 94 Broken Branches, made in partnership with Lofted Custom Spirits at the historic Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky. 

Bottled at 100 proof and aged five years, the bourbon also underwent “Branch Aging,” where time-worn, fire-toasted Oak staves seasoned for up to 24 months rested in the barrels to deepen the whiskey’s complexity. Broken Branches ($99.99/750ml) launches in late June to coincide with Bentley’s Broken Branches album release and tour, which rolls through 30 U.S. cities this summer.

“The new album Broken Branches is all about the cracks and scars that make us who we are, and I wanted this bourbon to carry that same spirit,” Bentley said in a news release. “We added seasoned oak staves to deepen the flavor and give it a little more character… kind of like the stuff life throws at you.”

ROW 94 Broken Branches is made in partnership with Lofted Custom Spirits and distilled at Green River Distilling Co., founded in 1885 as the 10th oldest licensed distillery in Kentucky. Made with a bold mash bill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted and row barley, it’s aged in new White Oak barrels with a legendary level 4 char.

ROW 94 ON TOUR THIS SUMMER

Broken Branches follows the release of the flagship ROW 94 in September 2024, reflecting Bentley’s dream to create bourbons that he and his fans can enjoy on the big nights and everyday gatherings. It also coincides with the release of his 11th studio album, Broken Branches, and tour, which launched on May 29 in Austin, TX. At each tour stop, fans are invited to visit Dierks’ “Truth Booth,” an interactive photo booth featuring a special message from Dierks. Fans can then share their photos on social media and are encouraged to offer “Two Truths and a Rye.”

The flagship ROW 94 ($39.99/750ml) will be followed in July by ROW 94 Full Proof, barreled at 120 proof and aged a minimum of four years to deliver deep, rich flavors and a powerful finish.

ROW 94 is named in part for the year Bentley moved to Nashville and began his journey into storytelling and entertaining, as well as Nashville’s Music Row. It is where he still resides with his family. The brand logo is the thunderbird, a symbol near and dear to Bentley’s heart, which fans may still remember gracing his landmark album, Riser.
