Review: 2025 Parker’s Heritage 11-Year American Whiskey
Fred Minnick recently reviewed the 2025 Parker’s Heritage Collection 11-Year-Old American Whiskey, a blend of several well-aged expressions.
This 19th Edition of Parker’s is comprised of 160 barrels drawn from multiple rickhouses and floors across Heaven Hill’s rickhouses, including a 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon, an 11-year-old Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey and 12-year-old Whiskey aged in Rickhouse Y, made from only two grains – rye and malt.
The Parker’s Heritage Collection is named for the late Heaven Hill Master Distiller Parker Beam, who was diagnosed in 2010 with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, or ALS,. Since 2013, the distillery has raised more than $1.4 million to support ALS research and patient care through contributions from the distillery for every bottle that is purchased.
This year’s edition is bottled at barrel proof, 122.5 proof, and has an SRP of $179.99.
Fred calls it a “brown sugar bomb.” His YouTube review is below:
