Jack Daniel’s Rolls Out 3-Liter Bottle
The Jack Daniel Distillery announced the permanent introduction of its iconic Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey in a 3-liter bottle. It is now available in the U.S. for the first time since Prohibition.
“Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey has been at the heart of everything we make at the Jack Daniel Distillery since the days of Mr. Jack himself,” Chris Fletcher, Master Distiller, Jack Daniel’s, said in a news release. “We hope this bold new take will help create timeless holiday memories that last long after the bottle is gone.”
Every drop of Old No. 7 is crafted in Lynchburg, Tennessee, starting with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. After it’s mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, the whiskey is matured in handcrafted, new American white oak barrels..
In addition to the new 3-liter offering, Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey can be purchased in the U.S. in 50 mL, 100 mL, 200 mL, 375mL, 750 mL, 1 L and 1.75 L sizes.
Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey is offered at 40% alc by volume (80 proof) in 3L bottles across the US beginning this month, with a suggested retail price of $79.99. For more information, visit www.jackdaniels.com.
