With the release of the new film “Wicked Part 2,” which will take viewers to the merry old land of Oz, here are a few cocktail recipes to help fill the time. Note: There’s plenty of pink to be found in these, not to mention some little green apples.

Cosmopolitan

Ingredients 

• 1 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice

Directions 

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake until well chilled
• Stain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass
• Garnish with orange twist

Pink Sangria

Ingredients (for 10 cocktails)

• 8.3 oz St. Rémy VSOP
• 25 oz Pinot Grigio
• 16.7 oz Watermelon Juice
• 3.3 oz Lime Juice
• 2.7 oz Honey

Directions

• Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled carafe
• Stir gently with a bar spoon and serve

Matcha Margarita

Ingredients

• 2 oz Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.5 bsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake until well chilled
• Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass
• Garnish with a lime slice

Green Apple Spritz 

Ingredients 

• 1.5 oz METAXA 7 Stars
• 1.5 oz Green Apple Liqueur
• 0.8 oz Prosecco
• Guadeloupe melon balls and green apple slices for garnish

Directions 

Garnish with green apple slices

Belle Tampico 

Fill the glass with ice

Pour METAXA 7 Stars and green apple liqueur over the ice

Add prosecco and Guadelupe melon balls. Stir gently

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Belle de Brillet
• 0.75 oz Bitter Campari
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Tonic Water

Directions

• Pour all ingredients into a tall glass full of ice cubes and stir gently
