James Pepper Hires Veteran Distillery Worker as Master Distiller

James Pepper Distilling Co. hired Aaron Schorsch as its master distiller.

Schorsch worked at Jim Beam, the Lawrenceburg, Indiana, distillery, and Samuel Adams in production and supervisor roles.

The Lexington distillery continues renovations. James Pepper said production is set for October and will have an initial annual production of over 42,000 proof gallons. More details on the distillery can be found at JamesEpepper.com.
