Rabbit Hole Distillery Announces Raceking Double Chocolate Malt Bourbon

Bourbon

August 23, 2021

Rabbit Hole Distillery has released the Raceking Founder’s Collection, a five-grain, double-chocolate malt bourbon, as part of its Rabbit Hole Founder’s Collection series.

The whiskey was named for Kentucky’s horse-racing tradition – the so-called Sport of Kings. Raceking explores organic malting and how it enhances flavors in whiskey. The mashbill includes a chocolate wheat from Germany and a chocolate barley from the U.K. to give the whiskey natural aromatic notes of chocolate.

Raceking is bottled at cask strength (109.2 proof). Only 1,365 numbered bottles will be available, each with an SRP of $295. Bottles will feature an embossed-glass detailing of the brand’s sash label and a metallic-topped engraved cork. Each bottle comes in a linen-patterned box etched with the brand’s rabbit logo.
