The third annual Kalamazoo Bourbon Fest is set for Feb. 3. Broken into two sessions, the festival will feature 100-plus whiskeys.

The selection of whiskeys will be mostly bourbons, per the event’s website, and will include store picks plus high-end bourbons. Classic cocktails also will be available, as will beer, wine and non-alcoholic options.

Tickets to the Kalamazoo Bourbon Fest – or Kzoo Bourbon Fest, as it is known – include a souvenir tasting glass and tasting tickets. Pours of whiskey are half-ounce, while beer pours are three ounces and wine pours one and a half ounces. See the Bourbon List page for a breakdown of how tasting tickets are priced.

Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the festival; GA Ticket for $2 & VIP Ticket for $4. The first session of the festival is 4-6:30 p.m., with the second session starting at 7:30 and ending at 10 p.m.

Kalamazoo Bourbon Fest will be held at The Foundry (600 E Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007). It will feature food trucks, live music, vendors and more. Event parking and entrance are in the rear of building.

General admission tickets are $40 until Jan. 20; $50 from Jan. 21-27, and $60 the week of the event. GA tickets include 10 GA tasting tickets. VIP tickets are $100 and include access to the VIP section, with all whiskeys available for a single ticket, and 20 VIP tasting tickets. Designated driver tickets are $10 and include coffee and water.

Kzoo Bourbon Fest is a rain or shine event. Proceeds benefit Friends of the River, a Michigan non-profit that works to improve water quality, access, and awareness on the Rivers in Michigan. Learn more about the organization, visit https://www.friendsoftherivermi.org/.
